Every application is parsed and scored against the must-have and preferred requirements you set for the job. You control the weights, the values and the thresholds, and one action re-scores every past application against a changed profile.

Every requirement verdict carries a verbatim quote from the candidate's own application. Quotes are matched back to the source text automatically, and one that cannot be verified is downgraded and labelled as unverified rather than quietly trusted. The numbers themselves are computed in code, never chosen by a model, and every model call is logged with the exact prompt version that produced it.

No. A reject recommendation moves the application into a review queue for a person to confirm or dismiss. The confirming action is permission checked in the database, stamped with who decided, and written to the audit log. If nobody confirms, nobody is rejected.

No. Nothing in aironauts hire scores tone, sentiment, enthusiasm or confidence from what a candidate writes or says. Every verdict is a requirement matched against evidence in the application, not a read on how a candidate came across.

Yes. Every apply page discloses that applications are screened with AI-assisted tools and makes clear that a human makes every hiring decision. Consent is recorded as a timestamped row, and candidates can withdraw talent-pool consent themselves at any time.

On a schedule, not on demand. Matching runs hourly. Candidates stay anonymous on the intro card until they accept, and accepting creates a real application.
Gaps and scope

None of those. You can sign in with email and password, with Google, or with LinkedIn, and link those to an existing account. There is no public API and no customer-facing webhooks, so there is no automated hand-off to an HRIS or payroll system yet. Inside the workspace, access control is fine grained: fourteen permission keys, five role templates, per-member overrides, and the database itself is what enforces them.

aironauts hire is a web workspace, so where your team and your candidates sit is not the constraint. What we settle per customer is data residency, the contract, and the statute your legal team works to. Prices are listed in Singapore dollars and Swiss francs. Anywhere else, ask and we will quote.

The obligations converging across jurisdictions come down to four things: tell candidates an AI system is involved, keep a person accountable for adverse decisions, log what the system did, and explain a decision on request. aironauts hire is built that way by default, not configured that way on request. Scores are computed in code and never chosen by a model. Names are stripped before assessment. Every model call is logged with the prompt version that produced it. No candidate is rejected without a person confirming it. Whether a specific regime applies to your hiring is your legal team's call, and we give them what they need to make it.
